I’m back baby!!! It was a little over 4 years ago that I stopped blogging for Rachel Wanders. Why do you ask? It was a combination of lack of motivation to share my experiences, a job that drained my creativity daily, and other emotional factors I won’t bore you with. However, I am excited to tell you that Rachel Wanders is back!

Rachel Wanders is a travel blog focused on gluten-free living. Since the Summer of 2012, I have been on the lookout for delicious gluten-free alternatives to be able to enjoy the same great food everyone else can. The choice to change my dietary habits was due to suffering from week-long headaches, stomach pains, fatigue, and other symptoms that weighed me down. Since changing my habits to a gluten-free lifestyle, I have been able to regain my energy, maintain a healthy weight, and experience a new way of cooking.

I hope this blog encourages other gluten-free eaters to go out and explore the world and always know alternatives are available! This world has so much to offer when it comes to culinary and cultural experiences and I hope to shed the light on these places through my travels.
